This is a full time office based role working from our East Midlands Airport office (DE74 2SA).

We are looking for a highly skilled Administration Supervisor with a solid background in leading small teams and experience providing administrative support within a service led environment.

We specialise in the supply of security cleared personnel to clients within UK airports. The Administration Supervisor will ensure that the personnel we supply security are security cleared in line with guidelines set by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).

This role will involve minor planned travel to client meetings and working from our UK-based locations, therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.

Key Duties & Responsibilities of the Administration Supervisor:

• Supervise daily workflows of the department ensuring deadlines and service levels are met.
• Training and development of existing and new staff.
• Applying for background checks for personnel using our inhouse CRM system.
• Act as the lead contact on customer accounts and attend weekly meetings.
• Carry out internal and external audit checks to ensure compliance standards are maintained.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience managing or leading a small to medium team where you have been responsible for daily department planning, staff review and client account management.
• A role where you have had responsibility for managing departmental output, data compliance, data auditing, business Improvement or business process.
• Organised with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong IT skills - proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and an aptitude for in-house systems.
