Aviation Recruitment Network Limited have immediate opportunities for HGV Class 2 Drivers to work as Ambulift Drivers for one of the biggest employers at London Luton Airport (LU2 9QT).

This is a fantastic opportunity for either newly qualified HGV Class 2 licence holders with no driving experience or experienced HGV drivers with category C and above.

This is a full-time shift-based role, working a minimum of 42 hours per week covering a 365-day operation.

For this HGV Class 2 Driver role, we are offering:

• Basic Pay rate £12.00 p/h + Overtime rate of £18.00 p/h.
• Guaranteed a minimum of 42 hrs per week.
• Shift between 0500 hrs – 0100 hrs for all day shifts or a night permanent shift working 1700 hrs – 0500 hrs.
• 4 on 4 off shifts. Fixed shift pattern working 12-hour shifts per day from one fixed location
• Weekly Pay + Free Parking + Uniform.

The main duties of the HGV Class 2 Driver will be:

• Using an ambulift to drive passengers with reduced mobility from the airport terminal to the aircraft.
• Drive minibuses, and electric buggies and assist customers through the airport with escorting duties.
• Ensuring basic vehicle checks are performed on all vehicles.

Requirements for this HGV Class 2 Driver role:

• LGV Cat C Licence or above + Digital tachograph card & CPC card.
• No more than 6 penalty points.
• 5-year checkable history and clear criminal record check (refundable).
