An excellent opportunity has arisen for a receptionist based at the Birmingham Airport
Meeting and greeting passengers, tailoring their experience where possible
Booking in passengers and giving customer information
Providing excellent customer service to a very high standard
Cash handling and cashing up and billing accurately and on time
Dealing with customer queries and compliants
Providing excellent customer care by demonstrating a friendly, professional approach
The successful applicant must be able to work well under pressure whilst being calm and personable. As a dedicated team member you must be able to work week days as well as weekends within a 8 hour shift between the core hours of 3.30am and 9pm.
If you have proven receptionist skills, are well presented with excellent communication skills both verbally and written and can provide a 5 year work history and are able to pass a criminal record and secruity check.
