We have immediate opportunities available for a full-time Host/Runner at London Heathrow Airport (TW6 2GW) with leading restaurants.

As part of the front-of-house team, the Host/Runner is responsible for the hospitality needs of customers utilising the lounges and restaurants within the airport.

This role would suit individuals who have hospitality experience or face-to-face customer service experience and who have a passion for providing first-class service.

In return, the Host will receive:
£10.25 p/h
Minimum 40 hrs per week + Overtime.

The duties of the Host will include:
Greeting passengers professionally and courteously and escorting them to their tables.
Managing the front-of-house section within the restaurant.
Ensuring queues are kept to a minimum.
Serving a selection of food and beverages, including alcohol during busy periods.
Assisting with basic cleaning duties to maintain the standards within the restaurants during busy periods.

The essential skills and experience required for this Host role are:
Experience in a similar role or from within hospitality and events, hotel and leisure or restaurant environment.
Ability to work shifts which will include weekends and Bank Holidays.
5-year checkable history.

Candidates must be able to commute to and from London Heathrow to work shifts between 0500 hrs and up to 2230 hrs.

Candidates with experience as a Host, Food Runner, Waiter, Waitress, Host, Hostess, Catering Assistant, Silver Service Staff, Food & Beverage Assistant, Events Staff or Bar Staff will be highly desirable.
