Our client is looking for a permanent, full time Administrator to join their team in Slough. Working Sunday to Thursday Night shift, you will provide administrative support to the warehouse function and provide excellent customer service to customers and colleagues.

The successful Administrator will:
Provide efficient customer service to customers and colleagues alike
Attend operational meetings and liaise with the management to ensure smooth customer fulfilment
Create and produce reports and KPIs effectively through Microsoft systems
Manage inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring any bookings, replacement products or customer issues are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
Manage the emails and inbox to make sure all queries are dealt with in a timely manner
What you need to succeed as an Administrator:
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to adapt to a pressurised environment
The ability to investigate and solve problems quickly and efficiently, whilst communicating effectively with all members of staff
A high level of initiative and the ability to effectively implement improvements to systems/processes
The confidence to liaise with customers, including aspects of complaint resolution, contract fulfilment and reporting
All employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed.
