A major distribution company have an immediate requirement for a permanent full time Transport Administrator to join their team in Slough (SL3 8AG).
This is a night shift position working Thursday to Sunday from 2300 hrs to 0700 hrs.
The main responsibilities of the Transport Administrator will be ensure the transport department is compliant with driver regulations and monitor driver performance.

The successful Transport Administrator will:
Ensure drivers perform vehicle check and reporting any faults
Keeping accurate driver briefing reports
Monitoring traffic conditions Monitor driver routes via GPS tracking system
Assisting with driver queries
Ensuring transport department health and safety records are maintained
Monitor driver hours in accordance in accordance to driver regulatory standards
What you need to succeed as an Transport Administrator:
Full understanding of CPC, Digi and Tacho cards rules
Vehicle check and reporting any fault
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to adapt to a pressurised environment
Office Administration experience from within a similar transport environment
Applicants with experience as a Transport Clerk, Transport Support Administrator, Transport Assistant or Transport Office will be highly suitable for this role.
