Aviation Recruitment Network are recruiting a Administrator on a permanent basis to join our a thriving recruitment agency that supplies agency personnel into UK airports.

The Administrator will work as part of a close-knit team and perform the following duties

Obtaining and process right to work checks for agency personnel

Administer and apply for criminal record checks

Apply for employment related background checks in line with relevant airport authorities using an inhouse CRM system

This is a fast paced role that will involve a lot of written and verbal communication by telephone, email and in person to wide range of individuals.

To be successful in the role of an Administrator

You will have experience of working in an administration role which has involved telephone based customer service on a daily basis

Maths and English GCSE grade C or above

A high degree of accuracy in data entry

Experience of producing free hand correspondence

Experience of Microsoft Outlook, work and excel
