We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly airport team based in our Colnbrook office (SL3 0AA).

The Recruitment Administrator will assist with the seamless administration process of all candidates applying for airport and non-airport roles. They will be our candidates' first point of contact and will assist them by preparing them for their interview.

Due to the location of our office, your own transport is recommended.

This position would suit an experienced Administrator looking to join a fast-growing business that can offer support, training and development and opportunities to enhance their career.

This is a full-time (40 hrs) permanent office-based position covering flexible business hours between 0800 hrs – 1730 hrs Monday to Friday.

Some of the duties the Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for:
• Assisting candidates with the completion of their registration and security vetting process in accordance with company standards.
• Contacting applicants by telephone to arrange interviews.
• Conducting security interviews and processing airside pass applications.
• Right to work checks, General Filing/Photocopying/Document Processing.
• Supporting Senior Management team administrative tasks and presentations.

To be successful in the role of Recruitment Administrator, you will have the following skills and experience:
• Be an excellent communicator with a confident telephone manner.
• Highly competent in writing free-hand correspondence.
• Experience in working on multiple administrative tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working to strict deadlines.

This role will suit an individual with experience as a Recruitment Assistant, Office Administrator, Sales Administrator, Administration Assistant, and Customer Service Administrator within a services industry.
