We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Air Freight Export Clerk to join a leading global provider of cargo handling services at London Heathrow Airport (TW6).

As an Air Freight Export Clerk, you will be responsible for the accurate processing of export freight ensuring all procedures are followed per the company standards.

This role operates on a 4 on 4 off fixed shift pattern which consists of 2 days (0700 -1900) followed by 2 nights (1900 – 0700).

The Financial remuneration for this Air Freight Export Clerk position:

• Basic salary of £28,000 - £35,800 per annum (dep on industry exp).
• Shift allowance between £1800 - £5200 per annum.

Responsibilities of the Air Freight Export Clerk:

• Processing of flight manifests.
• Recording entries onto in house and airline systems.
• Resolving customer service issues.
• Liaising with customer airlines by telephone and email to resolve queries.
• Processing of AVI and Dangerous Goods.
• Allocating shipments to flights and ensuring that all documentation adheres to compliance guidelines.
• Finalising all documentation for flights.

The ideal Air Freight Export Clerk will have the following skills and experience:

• A minimum of 2+ years of air freight experience within a similar role.
• A thorough understanding of air cargo exports.
• Experience using ABS (Airport Bureau Systems), Cargo Spot or similar cargo handling software.
• CAT6 Dangerous Good training.
