An opportunity for candidates who have a passion for providing community care and social care to use their transferrable skills and work as a Customer Care Agent for a major employer at London Heathrow Airport who provides support services for the disabled
Customer Care Agents are responsible for assisting with the transportation of elderly travelling passengers and passengers with reduced mobility through the airport terminal and boarding the aircraft.
A UK driving licence is essential for this position (max 3 points).
In return Customer Care Agents will receive:
Guaranteed 40 - 45 hours per week
Excellent rates of pay
Weekly or monthly pay

The main responsibilities of the Customer Care Agents include:
Escorting passengers within the airport and aircraft using a wheelchair or airport buggy
Assisting passengers with the collection of their luggage and on occasions assist with lost luggage enquiries on their behalf
Manually lift passengers from their wheel chairs on to and assist them on to their aircraft seats
To be considered for the role of a Customer Care Agent:
Any experience of working as a Care Assistant, Care Worker or Home Care Assistant would be highly desirable
Face to face Customer Service experience
The ability to walk for long periods for the duration of your shift
Assist with the manual lifting of passengers to and from aircraft (training provided)
The ability to remain calm and patient with passengers in order to understand their travelling needs
Be flexible to work shifts including weekends, Bank Holidays and unsociable hours between 0500 hrs - 2300 hrs (4 on 2 off basis)
