If you have said yes to above, we are looking for Customer Service Agents to work in Gatwick Airport.
Receiving calls from passengers, customer airlines, handling agents and courier services
Handling passenger complaints (lost, damaged baggage)
Communicating and tracing baggage
Updating of files, systems
Baggage process for re-flight or delivery
Monitoring of files and system
Dealing with emails and telephone inquiries
Heavy lifting and carrying of passenger language on occasional basis (Manuel handling training will be provided).
Excellent Customer Service
Strong communication and interpersonal Skills
Fluent in English (if you know another language it will be an advantage)
Ability to manage multiple computerised systems
Minimum of 6 months experience in Customer Service
The operational hours (0600 to 2330, shifts are 8.5 hours, 4 on 2 off with 30 min break)
