We currently have an opportunity available for an Office Administrator to join our friendly and sociable team based in our Colnbrook office.
The commercial Aviation industry is a thriving sector and Aviation Recruitment Network Ltd are one of the longest established agencies within this market.
This position would suit an experienced Office Administrator who is looking to join a fast growing business who can offer support, training and development and opportunities to enhance their career.
As the Office Administrator, you will have the following duties:
Obtaining and processing right to work checks for agency personnel
Administer and apply for criminal record checks
Provide secretarial and admin support to the recruitment team
Assist with candidate registration
Upload candidate data on to company databases
Provide telephone & reception support
As the Office Administrator, you will ideally have:
You will have experience of working in an Administration role which has involved telephone based customer service on a daily basis
Maths and English GCSE grade C or above
A high degree of accuracy in data entry
The ability to multitask and work to deadlines
Experience of producing free hand correspondence
Experience of Microsoft Outlook, work and excel
The successful Office Administrator will receive the following:
Monday to Friday set working pattern (0830 hrs – 1730 hrs)
