Day to day duties and responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager:
Motivating and leading your team to provide excellent customer service ensure complete customer satisfaction
Lead all aspects of Restaurant Food and Beverages working closely alongside the team to ensure smooth running of service
Monitor and maintain the hygiene and maintenance of the front of house
Handle the recruitment, training, retention and development of front of house staff.
Take responsibility for administration and data management tasks, including stock and budget control, food and finance reports
Managing all rosters, sickness and holidays
Health and safety and food hygiene adherence
To be considered for the role of Restaurant Manager:
Experience as Food and Beverage Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager, Front of House Manager or Maitre D will be highly desirable.
Experience of managing and leading teams from within a restaurant or from within the hospitality industry
The ability to lead and motivate teams
Manage sickness and leave
Must be a strong, reliable and dedicated individual who can actively strive to contribute positively and consistently maintain the highest of standards
This position will be shift based and the hours of work will be between 0500 hrs to 2200 hrs.
