Due to company expansion we now have an opportunity for an Apprentice Office Administrator to join the existing administration team based in Colnbrook. This is a full time permanent position with an immediate start.
In return for the Apprentice Office Administrator we offer:
Starting salary between £12,272 - £15,500 per annum
After 12 months (subject to performance) £14,500 - £18,000 per annum
Monday to Friday set working pattern (0830 hrs - 1730 hrs)
Travel to work allowance for public transport (first 12 months)

The Apprentice Office Administrator will be trained in the following areas:
Provide reception duties and act as the first point of contact to all visitors
Producing correspondence in various formats to employees and clients as directed by the team
Assist with recruitment support
Answering incoming calls and assist with day to day general administrative duties
Assist with payroll (full training provided)
No formal experience is require for this position, however the following skills and are essential in order to be considered for the Apprentice Office Administrator role:
GSCE grade A - C in English
GSCE grade A - C in Maths
A good level of basic IT skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook
Accurate typing skills
