We have an opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our Colnbrook based branch.

The Trainee Recruitment Consultant is a fast paced direct sales role and will involve the individual working in a pressurised but fun environment. This position will include a high degree of telephone based activities.

Some of the duties of the Trainee Recruitment Consultant will include:

Matching candidate skills to vacancies
Developing long term candidate relationships via networking and In-depth Interviews to determine their marketable, skills, experience and motivations
Advertising and marketing vacancies through job boards and social media platforms
Attend client meetings in order to build client relationships

To be considered for the role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant it is essential you can demonstrate::

A proven track record in a sales or marketing role either in person or by telephone
Experience of working to financial targets and KPI’s
Proficiency to a very high standard in English and Maths
A Full clean UK manual driving licence (minimum 12 months)

No recruitment experience is required however will be an advantage.
