Our Office Administrators are the focal point of our business, they are our engine room and perform some of the most important tasks for the business.
This is a full time permanent position with an immediate start

Some of the tasks of the Office Administrator include:
Provide reception duties and act as the first point of contact to all visitors
Producing correspondence in various formats to employees and clients as directed by the team
Assist with recruitment support
Answering incoming calls and assist with day to day general administrative duties
Produce weekly excel reports for Consultants and Managers
To be considered for the Office Administrator role:
You will need great interpersonal skills
Experience of working with the public either by phone or in a face to face environment
Be fully experienced using Microsoft office packages, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Have similar experience gained from within a corporate environment
Highly motivated individual with experienced in working to deadlines
A minimum GCSE grade C or above in English & Maths.
Applicants with experience as an Administrator, Branch Administrator, Payroll Administrator, Recruitment Administrator or Admin Assistant will be highly desirable.
