If this is you, then we have a great opportunity for experienced Customer Service Agents to conduct research and interview people travelling through Stansted Airport.
If you are presentable, articulate, can communicate clearly and able to interact with the public we would like to meet you.
The day to day duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Agent:
- Approaching people to carrying out a set piece of research
- Conducting interviews face to face and recoding responses on an IPad
- Asking a set of scripted questions to gauge people's attitudes towards a particular product, service or issue
To be considered for the position of Customer Service Agent;
We will only consider highly experienced individuals with face to face experience gained from within service, hospitality, leisure, promotions or marketing environment
A high degree of flexible with availability to cover all shifts which include working mornings, evenings and weekends
The ability to communicate with members of the public and on occasions confidently deal with rejection
Comprehensive training would be provided before job commences.
Candidates with previous experience in Market Research or as a Research Interviewer or Market Research Interviewer will be considered highly suitable.
This Customer Service Agent position will be shift based working up to 30 - 45 hrs per week be between 0400 hrs - 0100 hrs covering a 7 day rotating shift pattern.
