Based from our Colnbrook office once trained, the Trainee Recruitment Consultant will work within all areas of recruitment, sales, business development, candidate attraction, interviews and candidate post placement management.
Some of the duties will include:
Developing long term candidate relationships via networking and In-depth Interviews to determine their marketable, skills, experience and motivations
Advertising and marketing roles through job boards and social media platforms
Attend client meetings in order to build client relationships
Once you have gained the skills and confidence in recruitment, they will be given the opportunity managing their own clients account and develop new business and sales opportunities within their sector.
This is a fast paced sales role and will involve the individual working in a pressurised environment where their confidence and interpersonal skills will be challenged daily.
We therefore require the individual to have:
A proven track record in selling to the public in a business to business environment either in person or by telephone
Experience of working to financial targets and KPI’s
Proficiency to a very high standard in English and Maths
A Full clean UK manual driving licence (minimum 12 months)
We want a person who is hungry and can motivate themselves to deliver their best on a daily basis no matter what the days throws at them.
Individuals with experience as a Sales Executive, Field Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, Sales Professional, Business Development Consultant, Business Development Executive, Telesales Executive, Telesales Consultant, Letting Agent, Lettings Negotiator or Sales Administrator will be highly desirable.
What do we offer in return?
Competitive basic salary between £18,000 - £20,00 p/a basic plus £5k - £8k uncapped commission
