If this is you….then we have a great opportunity for experienced customer service agents to work as part of a team and deliver a great customer service experience to passengers travelling through Luton Airport.
This will be a temporary contract with an immediate start.
The customer service agent will assistant with the controlling of passengers entering the security zones of the airport and guide them through security in a safe and formal manner at Luton Airport.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a courteous manner.
Guide passengers through airport security and ensure shoes, laptops and belts are removed prior to entering scanning machines.
Provide passengers with plastic bags in order to ensure all liquids are visual and can be inspected.
Managing passenger queues in order to prevent overcrowding
Experience & Skills Required:
Customer service experience is essential
The ability to remain calm
The ability to work shifts, including weekends between 0300 hrs – 2200 hrs
The ability to stand for long periods
We would like to hear from individuals that have experience as a Customer Service Agent, Retail Assistant, Security Guard, Steward, Meet & Greet Staff, Customer Service Ambassador, Check In Agent or Passenger Service Agents.
Successful applicants must be able to provide a 5 year checkable history for referencing purposes and will also be subject to security and criminal record check at their own expense.
