Kully has over 20 years of first hand experience Recruiting within the UK’s Commercial and Industrial sectors. He is a pioneer in supplying permanent and temporary Recruitment solutions to the UK’s Commercial Aviation Industry since the late 90’s.
Kully saw the potential of supplying into this niche market after winning his first Aviation contract with a major UK Ground Handler at the age of 24 when he was working as a Recruitment Consultant for an independent Recruitment Agency in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.
12 years later, Kully was Directing Aviation Recruitment Network Ltd, working alongside some of the UK’s most prestigious companies and assisting with their move into the Airport sector. Kully’s has earned a reputation for having a talent for delivering cost effective and time sensitive staffing solutions to his clients.
He is now responsible for establishing the company’s vision, financial strategy and offers support and guidance on the strategic development of the business throughout the UK. His focus right now is organic growth and he loves nothing more than developing his ever growing team to reach success.
Dal joined ARNL in 2011 and has been responsible for planning and implementing strategies for sales, recruitment and growth of the business. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the business and ensures both the clients and the applicant’s needs are met and the relationships are maintained.
Dal ensures that training requirements and standards are developed for all new and existing staff and monitors the overall company performance, ensuring that individual goals are set for all employees.
He puts a strong emphasis on procedure and compliance and ensures we operate within the boundaries posed on us by our regulators.
He provides support and guidance to the company’s Vetting Team based at East Midlands Airport by supervising the existing screening team, and ensuring that work flows relating to candidate pre employment screening are maintained and actioned in order to meet key peak demands for the business.

Danielle joined ARNL after previously working within an administrative role within the mortgage industry. She was initially responsible for ensuring all Recruitment and Security Vetting administrative duties were complete to the highest of standards.
Danielle progressed within her role and went on to become a Resourcing Consultant and a permanent employee of the company. As a Resourcing Consultant, Danielle was responsible for the interviewing and registration of quality candidates to place within ARNL’s client operations such as Royal Mail, DHL, Norsk, Swissport and FedEx. In May 2017 Danielle was promoted to the role of Operations Supervisor offering day to day support to ARNL's Operations Manager.
Danielle prides herself on ensuring our client and candidate experience is the best it can be and will go the extra mile to ensure this happens each and every time. Danielle always strives towards improving the service she provides and has recently gained her Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing with ARNL.
